Domestic Shipping (United States)

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $65.
Orders under $65 are shipped for a flat fee of $7.

Continental U.S. only. Additional shipping fees apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery period starts when the shipping carrier picks up the package. Normal cutoff times for same-day expedited shipment orders is 12:00 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday only.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak holiday periods or in rare cases of product unavailability, slight delays may occur. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly.

Expedited Shipping Options

For faster delivery, we offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight air shipping services.The cutoff time for same-day expedited air shipments is 12:00 PM (noon) PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We are pleased to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.Regardless of order size, standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $20. Delivery timelines may be longer than continental U.S. shipments.

Canada Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada.

  • Orders over $200 USD qualify for complimentary shipping
  • Orders under $199 USD ship for a flat fee of $35 USD

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines to Canada typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier services.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or import fees, the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipments Returned by Customs or Postal Authorities

International shipments are subject to customs regulations and postal authority procedures within the destination country. These agencies operate independently, and we do not have the ability to influence, expedite, or obtain detailed information regarding customs decisions, holds, or returns.

If a shipment is returned to us by customs authorities or the international postal service for any reason—including, but not limited to, unpaid duties or taxes, refusal by the recipient, incomplete address, or inability to clear customs—we will notify you upon receipt of the returned package.

In such cases, original shipping charges and any return shipping or handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, if you would like the order to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

We are unable to communicate directly with customs or foreign postal authorities on behalf of customers. For assistance, customers may contact their local customs office or postal carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

We appreciate your understanding, as these processes are governed by the destination country’s regulations and remain beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We kindly request that customers ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Ohria Ayurveda cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for shipments lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us promptly at WeCare@OhriaAyurveda.com. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses, though certain expedited delivery services may not be available for these locations.

Shipping Charges and Checkout

All shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. You will always have the opportunity to review and approve shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
