Return & Refund Policy
Our Ayurvedic Philosophy & Product Suitability
Our formulations are thoughtfully created in accordance with authentic Ayurvedic principles, using clean, natural ingredients chosen to support skin harmony and overall well-being. Each individual’s skin constitution (dosha), sensitivities, environment, and lifestyle are unique, and responses to natural products may vary.
Our website, product guidance, and customer care are designed to help you make informed selections aligned with your needs. However, we cannot guarantee that every product will be ideally suited to every individual. Product selection and use remain the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for individual variations in experience, compatibility, or personal preference.
We encourage reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test prior to full application.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Within 20 days of delivery: Eligible for a refund to the original method of payment
Due to the natural and hygienic nature of our products:
- Items must be unused
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- We reserve the right to decline returns that show excessive use, tampering, or misuse
This ensures the integrity, safety, and fairness of our products for all customers.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Empty or substantially used products
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage
Sensitivity & Ingredient Awareness
Our products are crafted with pure, natural, and Ayurvedic ingredients. While gentle and carefully formulated, individual sensitivities may occur.
We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase. If sensitivity occurs, please discontinue use and contact us. We review such concerns with care and attention on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
We kindly request customers to ensure that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address incorrectly provided by the customer, or for shipments lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us promptly at wecare@OhriaAyurveda.com. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Return Process
Please email wecare@OhriaAyurveda.com with a photo of the product(s) in its original condition to begin the return/exchange process. Ohria Ayurveda cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item was sent.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
